Vehicle Description 1965 Mustang GT 2+2 'A' code factory build, a famous designed very collectable iconic fastback, this is a TOP restored piece with simply great sheet metal as a striking presentation, a just gorgeous Raven Black with great luster that compliments the Red GT side stripes, has a really terrific body and great metal, was originally a standard black interior as shown by the factory 'Buck Tag' showing this to be a 'P10' GT factory production car, now the newer restoration has the full black Pony interior, long factory console, 1965 Rally Pac with both the tachometer and clock working, factory GT wood steering wheel, has a rebuilt 289cid proper GT engine with just excellent strong compression, mild cam, a really great sound, this has a period rebuilt correct Autolite 4100 dated 4v carburetor, FOMOCO intake, correct radiator cap, this is very highly show detailed, has the expensive 'open' Cobra valve covers along with proper air intake engine kit, this hydraulic lifter engine is just great for the street with, fresh set up and timing of the new distributor, the complete timing is set, the new full mechanical work is being completed for Fall 2021 by the professionals at the Fraser Dante shop, has a very expensive, just terrific new full aluminized dual GT exhaust and muffler system, just a really just fantastic show underchassis that is wonderful with metal painted show black, has the excellent factory body low vertical pinch welds and the lower Ford factory horizontal clear factory stampings that are very hard to find in such fine condition today, these great black terrific floors are just now being hand show prepared, the full black Pony interior has the proper door panels and black carpet including the rear seat factory 'fold down', the full wood dash and top of the console have a beautiful upgraded show clearcoat, also a new stamped 'Carlite' show windshield with polished stainless trim, see www.
