ResponsibilitiesYour role with the company:
Related Management is currently seeking a highly experienced Property Manager for a Class b Garden Style apartment complex with 282 in Roswell, GA.
Supervise all marketing, leasing and administrative functions Direct oversight of accounts payable s /receivable s Hire, train and evaluate all office and maintenance staff T enant/landlord relations and conflict resolution Collect security deposits and rents, and institute proper procedures against delinquent accounts Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations Prepare weekly and monthly reporting Develop and maintain property financial budget Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

years property management experience.
Experience managing a property with 400
units.
Must understand operating statements and financial b udgets Comprehensive understanding of credits/debits/re-classes and accruals Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with RealPage OneSite and Yardi (or similar software program) Previous direct supervisory experience is required Strong verbal and written communication skills General understanding of bond properties is a plus.
