We are looking for a part-time scheduler to join our team.
Experience in the home care setting preferred, though we will train the right candidate without home care experience.
We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated, self driven candidate, with courteous demeanor and excellent written and communication skills.
We are willing to work out a flexible schedule for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties - Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays - Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients - Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process - Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or patient service role preferred - Familiarity with scheduling software preferred.
Willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with patients and caregivers Note:
