Project Procurement Manager

The Project Procurement Managers' primary responsibility will be to place orders for custom-manufactured windows and/or patio doors per the outlined contract specifications.
This position is an integral part of the Synergy Windows team and requires attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills; as well as excellent communication skills.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Assemble custom window orders using our manufacturer's software based on supplied measurements and contract specifications.
Works with an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
Reviews contracts and supporting documentation to ensure all contract details and documents are in agreement with one another.
Properly document change orders and customer project notes.
Outlines the materials needed for the job and orders products appropriately.
Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project with the homeowner.
Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
Request change orders as needed based on specifications of orders.
Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
