We have openings for 2 experienced assistants/techs with great attitudes and customer service skills as well as vet med skills.

Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Vet Assistant is to assist the Veterinarian in the daily care and treatment of animals.
This includes but is not limited to:
Assisting the Veterinarian with examinations, vaccinations, and other medical needs of animals as needed.
Cleaning and maintaining examination rooms, supply rooms, and animal facilities.
Maintaining equipment and supplies in the examination room or supply room.
Helping in training and handling of animals by the Veterinarian and other staff members.
Helping in maintaining of equipment and supplies by keeping the facility clean and organized.
Ensuring that all examinations, vaccinations, medications, and records are completed accurately and properly.
Experience required, prefer 3 years or more.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with animals as well as excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must also have reliable transportation to and from work locations.
