As a Service Writer, you play a direct role as the liason between our luxury clients and their speical automobiles.
Each day you will be serving our clients in a safe environment promoting the finest levels of autotmotive repair/service.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Valid Current Driver's License and greater than 21 years of age with a clean driving hisotry Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for continued Maserati classes Ability to work overtime as needed COVID -19 Vaccination / approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
Administer Service RO's from client approval to tenured technicians.
Ensure proper documentation is done for all interactions provided by clients with staff and directors.
Receive both phone call and email communications from clients Manage Warranty repairs and Manufacture requests Advise clients on serivce needs and updates Work closesly with Parts Department employees, Porters and Service Management.
Dispense Loaner Cars.
