Flex Technology Group is looking for a Field Service Technician where the employee is capable of multitasking and managing a full workload.
The individual is responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Performs diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance Maintains equipment according to manufacturer's specifications Manages an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP's Maintains an accurate assigned parts inventory Delivers exceptional customer service Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships Maintains positive relationships with employees Contributes as a team player Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence Qualifications and Experience 1-2 years related experience preferred HS diploma/GED required Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by FlexPrint Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivator Basic computer knowledge MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook) Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances Flex Technology Group is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all applicants and associates.
