Imerys, global leader in mining and processing industrial minerals, is hiring a North America Maintenance & Reliability Manager to ensure Imerys' operational performance KPIs and targets at 40 sites are well monitored and adequate to support business operations and strategies for the short / medium / long term.
Responsibilities:
Defines maintenance strategies and desired levels of performance for PMA operational sites, in line with business needsDevelops maintenance procedures for given scope sites, in line with Imerys CoE guidelines. Ensures implementation of the developed proceduresProvides technical expertise to on-site maintenance teams across PMAIntervenes on critical downtime issues across the PMA as business requiresCarries out maintenance audits/diagnosis to identify issues and corrective / improvement action plans with on-site maintenance teamsDefines and monitors relevant maintenance KPI's for PMA operational sitesDevelops Predictive Maintenance approach, utilizes Predictive Maintenance tools and implements strategies to move from a reactive to proactive maintenance mindset - in cooperation with central operations CoEMonitors and challenges PMA expenses / Capex for maintenance activities and team, in line with Imerys CoE guidelines, and in collaboration with PMA Project ManagersKey interfaces:
Ensures tight coordination with PMA Industrial VPs, Hub Operations Directors, Imerys CoE, Process Engineers & Operational Planning ManagersDevelops and Manages reliability and availability / OEE improvement processesManages and tracks maintenance and reliability ratios & KPIs for PMA sitesDevelops critical spares strategy for key pieces of equipment in critical sites to support minimizing DT due to unexpected machine failure and avoid disruption to Imerys PMA customers
Qualifications:
Successful US-based candidates must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated before the employment start date unless exempted by applicable law.Bachelor's Degree required, Engineering preferredMinimum 10 years' experience managing and implementing maintenance programs in a heavy industrial environmentSupervisory experience, preferred50% travel
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
