Come grow with our associates who are customer obsessed, always safe, continuously improving, and having fun! Position Overview This role leads both media and digital marketing strategy for SiteOne. Manages and oversees all aspects of a digital marketing campaigns for SiteOne initiatives including primary agency liaison for digital campaigns, media planning and approvals, monitoring and measuring the performance analytics and serving as the primary liaison internally for e-commerce integrations. Primary marketing liaison for all landing page experiences driven by digital media Primary marketing contact for all business management solution platform integrations and partners Review all proposed media recommendations proposed by our media agency to determine if they best meet the criteria of our campaigns Partner with content marketing, owned media channels and ecommerce to determine most relevant digital experiences from paid media Oversee digital integration between Datorama and Adobe Analytics, ensure data mapping is correct Derive correlations between landing experience KPIs and possible updates to digital marketing campaigns Lead bi-weekly internal touch base with our ecommerce analytics partners and monthly KPI reviews with our Media agency Deliver quarterly reports with digital insights and KPI reporting Partner with content team and ecommerce team on Search Engine Optimization for content and campaigns and deliver recommendations to increase SEO ranking Make platform recommendations on content/messaging to increase engagement with digital creative Maintain brand consistency across platforms Ensure all key stakeholders have successfully aligned on media recommendations, campaign creative and messaging by platform to hit in-market media deadlines Monitor and evaluate media campaigns for effectiveness, proposing opportunities for updates to messaging and/or optimizations to increase engagement and conversion Appropriately manage, forecast, and monitor the media budget Partnering with marketing analytics to provide clear detail around KPI/online sales as a part of overall product marketing campaigns and marketing initiatives Skills We Are Seeking Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required Five or more years of experience in digital marketing and media Understands website metrics and best practices Experience with search engine optimization, full funnel media planning and execution Familiarity with ad serving tools and platforms Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results Good at problem-solving and communication Demonstratable experience of building effective media campaigns Experience managing a media budget including forecasting, reconciling, and truing up budget dollars Preferred
Experience:
Certificates in fields related to digital marketing and website development/optimization Adobe Analytics and/or Datorama experience/certification is a plus Familiarity with data visualization tools Perks:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
