Position Overview Leverage SiteOne's rich customer data to develop customer segmentations, customer strategies and lifecycle management strategies to drive sales, share-of-wallet capture and customer performance. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining our customer segmentation, identifying strategic opportunities for customer growth, building lifecycle models to drive performance and driving execution of these strategies and tactics through Marketing, Loyalty, Branch and Outside Sales channels. This is a key position in leveraging our customer data into actionable and successful programs to drive customer lifecycle performance, share-of-wallet capture and sales. The leader will design a strategy, analytics and activation roadmap, which will include customer segmentation, customer lifecycle models, updated reporting, and activation processes. ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Develop customer strategies to identify opportunities for growth Re-design and implement customer segmentations to align with and enable execution against identified customer strategies Leverage both internal and external data to develop customer opportunity models and identify tactics to capture share Partner with Marketing, Loyalty, Branch Operations and Sales Operations to activate on these customer strategies Develop the strategy, analytics and activation roadmap for enterprise Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Re-design and build new lifecycle reporting for both executive and field audiences Develop lifecycle models to identify customer-level opportunities to drive acquisition, growth and retention, while reducing customer churn Partner with Marketing, Loyalty, Branch Operations and Sales Operations to activate on these lifecycle models Identify opportunities to enhance our customer data through field-level collection processes, scaled customer outreach and 3rd party data appends Collaborate with IT and Data Management to make new customer analytics, modeling and reporting available through the data cubes and reporting tools Collaborate with Sales Operations and Branch operations to render insights and analytics through field-facing systems including UE and Saleforce Skills We Are Seeking PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance and/or Technology preferred MBA or graduate degree strongly preferred 10
years developing, executing and leading high-performance customer analytics Experience in B2B businesses; landscape, distribution and/or home improvement preferred Balance of strong analytics / modeling skills and top-tier business acumen Strong executive presence and presentation experience; ability to articulate analytical output and insights for an executive audience and to tell a story with data Experience with analytics, database and segmentation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, R, Salesforce); highly skilled Excel and PowerPoint user Results driven with an excellent attention to detail Able to manage multiple projects and timelines, and to function as a player/coach both as an individual contributor and leveraging other resources throughout the company Solid understanding of sales processes and systems, and ability to empathize with and enable sellers with clear and actionable analytics and data Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills Ability to build relationships and trust across the organization
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
