Senior Manager, Merchandising at SiteOne Landscape Supply in Roswell, GA
Position Overview This person will lead the visual merchandising initiative across the organization to enhance the customer experience, maintain brand consistency and support product growth initiatives within the wholesale distribution environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop, communicate and execute the Brand's product presentation strategies and tactical visual merchandising initiatives for a 600
branch network encompassing both interior and exterior/yard solutions. Lead an organizational culture shift towards world class in-branch customer experience anchored in merchandising best practices. Establish and innovate standards based on collaboration with departmental and cross functional partners including Category Management, Operations, Field Leadership and Marketing. Establish merchandising best practices for our branch network that are adaptable and flexible to various branch types and footprints. Develop visual merchandising solutions that enhance the customer experience and support key marketing initiatives including private label brand presentation. Partner with Category leaders to develop visual merchandising solutions and activation plans for seasonal priorities; develop an annual calendar of focus areas by line of business. Oversee visual merchandise process and presentation including new store development, category adjacencies, planogram updates, vendor racking, POP signage and packaging, Cad Space allocation floor plans. Manage vendor partners and creative resources in the conceptual design process bringing customer value props to life in-branch; effectively brief partners on key objectives/needs of merchandising solutions. Develop testing methodology to determine impact of merchandising solutions. Partner with Field Merchandising Activation Team to effectively communicate strategy and plans to guide and support activation at the branch level. Skills We Are Seeking BA/BS degree 5-7 years' experience visual merchandising experience in a retail or wholesale distribution environment Demonstrated experience partnering with field operations and sales to activate marketing/merchandising strategies in the store environment Experience managing vendors in the creative/visual merchandising category Excellent communication skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PPT PERKS:

$80K -- $100K
