Develop test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for a variety of systems Create and execute test cases, document defects and coordinate resolution with the development team Document and track test execution status against targeted release plan Work with Development, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to review test results and troubleshoot issues Meet with Project Managers, Business Owners, and other Stakeholders to understand acceptance criteria and document test cases Document production defects and identify and add new test cases to Zephyr test suite to prevent future production defects Design and implement test automation scripts using UFT test tool Skills We Are Seeking SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
MANDATORY Experience with requirements analysis, test case development and test execution for large enterprise projects Experience with APIs and API testing tools - Postman, SOAP UI Fundamental knowledge of SQL with the ability to generate and run basic SQL queries for quality testing Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to set priorities and function in a highly dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders Motivated to Learn - follow blogs, watch training videos, follow QA trends, etc. Can work independently or with larger teams SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
DESIREABLE Jira, Confluence, Zephyr experience preferred Experience in designing and building test automation scripts (UFT, Selenium) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment Experience testing Supply Chain, Point of Sale, Production Information Management, or Salesforce systems is a plus EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field 4
