The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of those plans. - Monday - Friday, 8:
00am - 4:
30pm work week, no evenings! - $85,000 per year with planned increases every year
- 120 hours of PTO per year, 8 paid Holidays and up to 40 hours of additional PTO awarded for anniversaries

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
- Ability to design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing assessment reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and to work as part of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop behavior intervention plans.
- Write and revise behavior intervention plans and progress reports.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and provide ongoing feedback.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services.
- Communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
