Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA Child Behavior Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of those plans. The BCBA will be responsible for training and supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide effective services to clients.
  • Monday - Friday, 8:
    00am - 4:
    30pm work week, no evenings!
  • $85,000 per year with planned increases every year
  • 120 hours of PTO per year, 8 paid Holidays and up to 40 hours of additional PTO awarded for anniversaries

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
  • Ability to design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing assessment reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and to work as part of the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Write and revise behavior intervention plans and progress reports.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services.
  • Communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
