Guardian is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our home health team. As part of this team, the Office Coordinator will:
1. Demonstrate computer efficiency
2. Demonstrate necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate work flow
3. Assist with the organization and preparation of Office projects
4. Prepare reports accurately and timely
5. Communicate effectively both oral and written
6. Plan and organize work effectively and efficiently
7. Demonstrate effective problem solving skills
8. Demonstrate dependability
9. Participate in professional development and training activities
Required Experience
1. Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred
2. Attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, oral and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
